With his expertise in communication and his understanding of business, he has implemented sales strategies that have helped numerous companies including his own increase revenue and market share through their development of a solid customer base. Prior to joining Quickshow, Randy held various roles at companies like WRQ (Walker, Richer, Quinn), SharpEnd Consulting, and Ashta Systems Consultants, Vancouver, B.C., where he was owner and vice president of sales and marketing. At Ashta, he led the company to a 350 percent revenue growth in 1997. He assembled the corporate sales team at AskMe Corporation, accumulating 2 million in sales in 2001.
